Q: What is included in a standard lawn mowing service?
A: Line trimming around the property, lawns edged along driveway and curb, lawns mowed and hard surfaces blown off at end.
Q: Are you fully Insured?
A: Yes we cover full public liability insurance. This ensures your property is completely protected from any accidental damage while carrying out our services.
Q: How often will my lawn be mowed?
A: Standard lawn services are scheduled fortnightly in the wet season, and usually every 3 weeks in the dry season, subject to weather and seasonal patterns.
Q: Do you bag clippings or leave them?
A: Standard practice is mulching the grass back into the lawn. Grass can be bagged and removed at an extra fee, or placed into a near-by garden bed of your choice.
Q: How do weather delays work?
A: If heavy rain or wet conditions prevent us from mowing, we will automatically reschedule your service for our next available day. Our clients will receive a text or email update as soon as the schedule changes.
